PacifiCorp, a Berkshire Hathaway Energy company, is comprised of two business units: 1. Pacific Power, a regulated electric utility with service territory throughout Oregon, northern California, and southeastern Washington. 2. Rocky Mountain Power, a regulated electric utility with service territory throughout Utah, Wyoming, and southeastern Idaho, servicing over 1.9 million customers.
PacifiCorp will be consolidating systems with iTOA and migrating over from their existing system for outage tracking. With iTOA, they will be able to modernize their current processes and streamline outage coordination between different business units. iTOA will also provide them with state-of-the-art switching and logging capabilities as well as gain efficiencies in compliance reporting.
